Packaging

  • We package our products in boxes. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
  • We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping only.
  • Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination.
  • Our delivery partners bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Time:

  • We usually dispatch most orders within three (2) business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) however delivery time depend on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
  • Please note the tentative shipping time can vary from 2 days to 7 days depending upon the destination in the India.
  • Estimated delivery time are provided at the checkout process and are based on standard delivery estimates.
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may affect delivery time. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail/SMS with tracking information.
  • You can track your order’s progress through our website or by using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website.

  • We currently ship within PAN India.
